  We ordered our furniture the first week of October and were told it would be delivered in December. As these things happen or furniture was delayed. I did not have a problem with that as I completely understand it is not necessarily the stores fault and could be a manufacturer issue. But I have spoke to numerous people at the store to find out when it would be arriving and was total a totally different lie each and every time I called!!! It's one thing to have to wait it's another to be treated like you are stupid and to be told lie after lie to the point where you can't figure out if anyone just wants to do the correct thing and be honest with the customer. The only person that I spoke with that was halfway decent was a man named John. Otherwise the women in particular were extremely rude,nasty, and felt no issues giving out awful attitudes. I would never shop here again as they did nothing to fix or accomadate me as the customer after waiting two months and still waiting. Never did anyone offer anything to right this wrong and the smallest gesture would have went a long way. Again furniture can be late and I get that!!! What I do not appreciate is the attitude from the women and the different stories every time I spoke to someone. I would never and have never written a bad review before as I am always very understanding but I have never been treated so badly by a company before. I advise to go anywhere other then here for your children's furniture.

  Absolutely the worst! The deserve 1/2 star. I ordered a crib in early Mach and never received it. So when I call Behr's recently they said that the order could not be fulfilled. Well why was it me calling them? When I discussed the matter all they said was to dispute charge with bank. They could not offer anything else. Stay away from this place!!!!!
