- Christopher Pernice★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought $3000 dining room set in September delivered in November the Leaves didn’t fit, one of the arms fell of the chair, the legs of the chairs loosen all the time. We took the protection plan. They came 3 week after called the fixed all but the arm of the chair which they had the wrong one... The service center place an order for the correct arm. That was January... 2 moths later they show up with the wrong arm again.... on the phone with the very smug manager “Jen” who was very unhelpful to be told we would have to be inconvenienced yet again take another morning off of work to have them find a set of arms to install... when I asked them to just send us a chair from a floor model I was told I could call the store and speak to a manger to that solution..... REALLY! Why would they not as “customer service” take care of that simple request. I would not do business with this store or this company.
